I make audio content for podcasts, radio broadcast, online publications and exhibitions. I’m also the founder and director of Audiocraft – an organisation for Australian radiomakers and podcasters. Audiocraft host an annual podcast festival, listening events, a mentoring program, and co-curate the Australian Audio Guide. We also make podcasts for through our Agency with some of Australia’s best audio producers.
My audio stories have featured on the CBC’s Love Me, NPR’s Snap Judgment, ABC Radio National’s Earshot, This Is About, PocketDocs and Long Story Short programs, and FBi Radio’s All the Best. I’ve made audio content for publications such as the New York based Narratively, Dumbo Feather, and for exhibitions such as The Pool – a project from Aileen Sage Architects for the 2016 Venice Biennale of Architecture. I’ve also used my storytelling skills in work with The University of Sydney, Macquarie University, The City of Sydney and the community arts organisation BighArt.
I have taught audio production at Macquarie University, and podcast workshops at the NSW Writers Centre and the Sydney Opera House’s All About Women Festival.
I’m currently doing a creative practice PhD researching personal narratives in radio documentaries and podcasts.
